Profile and Document Customization

Access your profile

Tap the settings icon (gear) in the top bar of the quotes list.

Profile fields

Fill in the following fields so they appear in the header and footer of your PDFs:

Field Appears in PDF
Full name Header, professional name
Profession Header, below the name
Subtitle Header, optional extra line
Phone Footer
Contact email Footer

Tap the logo image to select a photo from your gallery or camera. The logo appears in the top corner of the PDF header. Supported formats: JPG, PNG. Maximum size: 2 MB.

Color palette (Premium)

Premium users can choose from 10 predefined color palettes. The palette affects the header band color, accents and highlighted cell backgrounds.

Available palettes: Burgundy (default), Navy Blue, Forest Green, Black & Gold, Warm Orange, Ocean Blue, Rose Modern, Monochrome Grey and more.

Typography (Premium)

Premium users can choose from 5 font families:

  • Barlow (default)
  • Inter
  • Playfair + Source Sans
  • Merriweather
  • Montserrat

App language

Choose between Spanish and English. The change applies to the entire app interface.

Save

Tap Save when done. Changes take effect on the next generated PDF.
