Share the PDF

Download and share

1. Open the quote.
2. Tap the PDF icon or the Download PDF button in the top menu.
3. The PDF is generated on the server (or served from cache if nothing changed).
4. Once downloaded, the Android PDF viewer opens automatically.
5. From the viewer, use the system share button to send it via WhatsApp, Gmail, Drive or any other app.

Email directly to the client (Premium)

Premium users can send the PDF to the client's email without leaving the app:

1. Open the quote.
2. Tap the email icon in the top bar (envelope with PDF).
3. Enter the recipient's email address.
4. Optionally, write a custom message.
5. Tap Send. The PDF is attached and the email goes out in seconds.

The email arrives from noreply@voxquote.jostech.dev with your name as the sender.

When is the PDF regenerated?

The PDF is cached after the first render. It is regenerated automatically when:

• You edit any field in the quote
• You do a voice round and patches are applied

If the PDF is up to date, the download is instant (no render wait).
