Create a Quote by Voice
Step 1: Start a new quote
On the main screen, tap the + button (FAB). If it's your first time, you'll see a template selector. Choose the one that best fits your project.
Step 2: Select a template
A dialog will appear with three options:
- Standard — available on all plans
- Simple — Premium
- Extended — Premium
Free plans can only use the Standard template.
Step 3: Record your voice
Tap the microphone (red icon). The app starts recording. Dictate the quote information naturally:
- "The client is Maria Gonzalez, project in Quito, bathroom renovation."
- "Add floor tiles, 15 square meters at 12 dollars each."
- "Professional fees are 15 percent."
Tap the stop button when you're done. The AI processes the audio and updates the table in seconds.
Step 4: Keep dictating
You can do multiple voice rounds for the same quote. Each round can add items, correct values or update the client info.
Step 5: Review and adjust
Check the table. If something is wrong, tap the cell to edit it manually.
Step 6: Download the PDF
Tap Download PDF from the top menu. The document is generated and opens in your PDF viewer.
Tips for good dictation
- Speak clearly and pause between different items.
- Mention the unit of measure: "square meters", "units", "linear meters".
- For values, use "dollars" or USD to avoid ambiguity.
- If the AI misinterprets something, correct it by voice: "change the tile value to 14 dollars", or edit it manually.
