Manage Quotes

View the quotes list

The main screen shows all your quotes sorted by creation date (newest first). Each card shows:

  • Quote number (e.g. PROF-2026-001)
  • Client name
  • Status: Draft / Sent / Paid
  • Creation date
  • Template label (if Simple or Extended)

Change the status

Open a quote and use the options menu to change its status between:

  • Draft — still being prepared
  • Sent — delivered to the client
  • Paid — collected

Duplicate a quote

Long-press a quote in the list to see the options menu. Select Duplicate. A copy is created with the same information, same template and Draft status.

The copy gets a new number. Client data, sections and items are copied as-is.

Delete a quote

Long-press a quote in the list and select Delete. Confirmation will be requested. Deletion is permanent.

Search quotes

Use the search bar at the top of the list to filter by client name or quote number.

Free plan limits

Free plan users can create up to 10 quotes per month. When the limit is reached, the app will show a notification inviting you to upgrade to Premium to continue.
